Dear Maintainer,
Ubuntu's buildds don't have access to the Internet (other than official package
repositories). This caused mate-desktop to fail to build on all architectures.
[1] Build-depending on rarian-compat, to get the dtd file locally, was enough
to fix the FTBFS (no path changes were surprisingly necessary).
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Build-depend on rarian-compat to fix FTBFS without Internet connection.
Thanks for considering the patch.
