work in progress on all package that are currently in NEW as 1.6.x version

Hi all,

Vangelis and myself will have coaching sessions during next week  
during which we prepare the 1.8.x uploads of all packages that are  
currently still in NEW and still of version 1.6.x.

That is:

   caja
   eom
   mate-panel
   mate-session-manager
   mozo
   pluma

If anyone wants to work on these packages, as well, please ping us on  
IRC before you do that.
