MATE for wheezy-bpo

Hi all,

I will start providing MATE packages in Debian wheezy-backports today.  
Currently, we have around 40 source packages that subsequently need to  
enter Debian wheezy-bpo. Not all of them are in testing, yet, but  
quite a lot already.

@pkg-mate-team: Packages that have pending changes in our packaging  
.git projects, I will re-upload with an incremented revision number,  
even if the change is really minor. So don't be surprised about that.

On the way, we may encounter some other non-MATE dependencies that  
might need a backported package to wheezy. Once I have figured out the  
required co-dependencies, I will contact the maintainer of that  
package and offer maintaining a wheezy-bpo version of that package.

The staging repository will be hosted at Kiel University and may be  
used by interested testers (not much there, yet):
