mate-session-manager should provide x-session-manager

Hi,

My name is Martin Wimpress and I'm a member of the MATE desktop team
primarily involved in Arch Linux packaging. I've recently got involved
in the Ubuntu MATE Remix project. Where possible I'd like to contribute
any packaging tweaks required for Ubuntu MATE Remix directly to Debian
so that both communities benefit.

I'd like to recommend a minor change to the `mate-session-manager` package.

`xinit` recommends `x-session-manager` among others.
`mate-session-manager` does not provide `x-session-manager` and as a
result when installing MATE via Ubiquity on Ubuntu `gnome-session` is
installed which then pulls in `ibus` which in turn drags in parts of Unity.

Attached is a simple .diff that makes `mate-session-manager` provide
`x-session-manager`. This change will make it possible to install MATE
via Ubiquity without polluting the target install with irrelevant
packages and I believe this change would be beneficial to Debian should
MATE ever be added as a desktop install option.

Is there anything else I can do to help this change along?
