caja patches

[Vangelis Mouhtsis]

Mike hi,
I'm working on caja now, i have 2 commits ready and now i need
to check if i have to remove or add anything in debian/copyright
or might in debian/rules.
How/where can i checkout/compare files to do that?
Also for debian/changelog should i run "Update chamgelog from git
history"? or you have to do that just before upload.
