Please unblock package mate-icon-theme-faenza

Dear release team,

this is a very humble attempt of getting the autoremoved
mate-icon-theme-faenza back into Debian jessie.

The previous version contained non-free artwork that now got removed from
the src:package.

I can absolutely understand if this request gets rejected, as it comes
too late. Unfortunately, due to private circumstances (illness before and
over X-mas + family life) I was not able to provide an earlier upload of
this package.
