Bug#780210: missing dependency on mate-desktop-common

when installed only with it dependencies (ie. no mate-power-manager,
none of the packages mate-session-manager recommends), mate-screensaver
exits with the following error message:

after installing mate-desktop-common, things work; thus,
mate-screensaver should depend on that.
