Please unblock package mate-settings-daemon

+    + Fix typo in previous changelog stanza.

Tststs... silly me (see attached .debdiff).

+    + 0003_fix-unsafe-access-to-list-elements-in-background-plugin.patch.
+      Prevent mate-settings-daemon and thus MATE desktop from crashing (e.g.)
+      during screen size changes or screen configuration changes. (Closes:
+      #780399, LP:#1430204).

Our bug hunter (Vlad) is an awesome guy, unfortunately coming up with
more and more severe issues everyday. This issue is important to people
using MATE and changing their background size / screen configuration
(connecting a beamer etc.) in certain situation.

As the patch in this upload fixes a crash of mate-settings-daemon, I
already uploaded the package.
