Bug#750508: Move to udisks2, udisks 1 is deprecated

This is a very bad idea. Udisks2 is not yet supported by upstream  
mate-power-manager.

I'll get hold of upstream and see what they can do for MATE 1.10  
(which is overdue and will be released soon).

Please consider waiting with udisks1 removal for some more time. Thanks.
