Bug#785090: MATE Window Picker applet overrides user preferences

Maximus has gsettings schema. mate-window-picker applet forcibly sets
those settings each time it starts. This therefore means that Maximus
user preferences are not persistent between sessions if the Window
Picket applet is used.

Upstream have a patch that corrects this behaviour.

This patch has been tested on Arch Linux and Ubuntu MATE 15.04.
