You Depend on python3-pymacaroons, while you should depend on
python3-pymacaroons (>= 0.9.3). You have
python3-msgpack (>= 0.3.0), while it should be be >= 0.4.2.

enable_notifs is commented out, can't find a thing about consent
in my config file. I don't know why it fails. From what I read, I
shouldn't need it. But even after installing the other 2 it still
failed.

Anyway, it has a Suggests python3-jinja2 (>= 2.8), while it should be 2.9.
