[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#927838: matrix-synapse: purging package does not remove dpkg-statoverride and daemon user

Dear Maintainer,

the debian/postrm script does not remove the matrix-synapse user and the
dpkg-statoverride path. These are created in the debian/postinst script.

They should be removed when the package is removed or purged from the
system.
