[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Spectral package - outdated wiki

Hello,

When I browsed debian matrix wiki and repos from matrix team on salsa I 
came up on spectral empty repo(also wiki entry that it's not packaged 
yet) so I wanted to start packaging it but fortunately I've noticed 
someone has packaged it already on debian: 
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/spectral .

Could you at least update spectral entry on this 
wiki(https://wiki.debian.org/Matrix) or maybe contact the 
maintainer(Andres Salomon 
<https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?email=dilinger%40debian.org>) and 
add him to the matrix team to push his work to salsa 
here(https://salsa.debian.org/matrix-team/spectral).
