[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#1011712: olm: diff for NMU version 3.2.11~dfsg-1.1

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for olm (versioned as 3.2.11~dfsg-1.1) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/2. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

This is a second version, because I forgot to remove the autopkgtest suite,
which depends on the removed libjs-olm.

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
