[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#1017509: matrix-synapse: Service won't started after upgrade

Dear Maintainer,

I have upgrade matrix-synapse in 1.63.0-1~bpo11+1 version from the old n-1.

After this, the service won't started.

I give it to you journalctl logs as follow.

After discuss in synapse channel on website https://app.element.io, they said it's a problem can came from python3-matrix-common.
