[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Add nheko 0.12.0 to Debian Backports?

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could please consider adding nheko 0.12.0 to 
Debian Backports? Apparently it contains a bugfix so that images posted 
in chat rooms are displayed correctly.
