[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Add nheko 0.12.0 to Debian Backports?

Thanks for responding. I totally understand, and what you wrote makes 
sense.

Just one follow-up: Are you the single person behind 
pkg-matrix-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net and uhoreg at debian.org, or 
do we still have a small chance that somebody else might want to help 
out with this?
