[Pkg-matrix-maintainers] Bug#1109834: revolt: Attached files cannot be downloaded

If there is an attached file in a matrix message, clicking on the download link that appears when you hover does not appear to do anything. So far as I can tell the file is not downloaded anywhere.
Images have the same problem and do not download when clicked on.
