Thanks for reporting this issue.

I don't think it is sensible to depend on (or rather recommend)
gstreamer1.0-gl until confirmed that it is actually of use to nheko:

It seems, unfortunately, that Debian does not currently provide
qml6sink, so if gstreamer1.0-gl only silences a non-fatal error but
does not actually enable use of OpenGL, then I don't see a benefit.

I will leave this bugreport open, as indeed it is a bug, just seemingly
one that needs deeper work to solve.
