[Pkg-middleware-maintainers] Bug#857411: libqpid-proton-cpp8-dev: missing Depends: libqpid-proton-cpp8 (= ${binary:Version})

Hi guys,

I'm trying to fix:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=857411

Fix is simple:

but I can't build package:
