[Pkg-monitoring-maintainers] ganglia / ganglia-web status, lintian warnings

I've just pushed 3.6.0-1 core and 3.5.2-2 web to unstable

This is the first upload to unstable for the split source package
(ganglia-web is now an independent source package)

For anybody with a local copy of the repo in git, please remember that
it moved from the collab-maint directory to the pkg-monitoring directory
a few months ago.  You can change your remote references easily enough
with git remote set-url

I eliminated the most critical lintian issues (errors), but a handful of
warnings remain, some appear to have crept in as recent versions of
lintian became more perceptive rather than being new regressions in
Ganglia itself.
