[Pkg-monitoring-maintainers] Bug#722613: Prompt to restart Apache on unattended installation

Package: ganglia-webfrontend
Version: 3.3.8-1+nmu1

When doing an unattended installation (scripted, using "sudo apt-get
-y --force-yes install"), I am getting the following message:

Configuring ganglia-webfrontend

In order to activate the new configuration, the web server needs to be
restarted. If you choose not to do this automatically, you should do so manually
at the first opportunity.

Restart apache2?

I need to explicitly enter "y" for the installation process to continue.
