A fresh conf.php should be installed to /etc/ganglia-webfrontend


Maybe we should actually be using /etc/ganglia (shared with the other
Ganglia packages)?


As a workaround, users can just copy it from
/usr/share/ganglia-webfrontend/conf_default.php


Ganglia works anyway, even without the file existing, it just uses
defaults and it is less obvious to the user how to change things.
