[Pkg-monitoring-maintainers] alioth ganglia repository rebased from upstream

I've been converting the packages I work on to use forks of upstream
repository, with the debian/* artifacts on a branch called debian/sid
This means we can pull from upstream into master, merge a release into
the debian/sid branch and then push the debian/sid branch to alioth
I've made this change for the ganglia repository on alioth today, I did
this for the ganglia-web repository a couple of years ago.
Anybody with a clone of the repository will need to make a fresh clone
and use that for committing.
If you have your own branches with private commits, you can extract them
with git format-patch and then apply them to a clone of the new repository.
The old repositories are backed up on alioth at
/git/pkg-monitoring/ganglia.git.bak2
Regards,
Daniel
