I think this was the closest we reached to consensus, though the
xul-ext- package name prefix itself was considered dubious by some folks.
I've updated http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianMozExtTeam to correct
the location to match Mike Hommey's suggestion. I'd appreciate folks
checking to make sure that i got it right.
I tried to figure out what iceape's app-id was for the example, but it
doesn't look to me like iceape-browser is actually looking anywhere in
/usr/share/mozilla/extensions/ during startup. so at the moment, i just
left the documentation with ??? for that reference. if anyone knows how
it should be fixed up, please have at it!
