Yes, he refers to xpi.mk. The package maintainer have to build the xpi
from source (MOZ_XPI_BUILD_COMMAND) and xpi.mk does the rest from there.
With mozilla-devscripts 0.14 it is possible to determine the xpi
dependency. So xpi.mk is used for building from source. Is there a way
to make the package building even simpler?
You can have a look at pwdhash [1] or adblock-plus [2] as example.
