There is one things that I do not like (and others too): We have to use
a debian/control.in file.

My idea: Creating an 'update-uploader' tool that can update
debian/control in place. It will add new members and remove the member,
who left the team.

What do you guys think?

Should this tool be in mozilla-devscripts? Should we split
mozilla-devscripts into two parts: One for packaging Mozilla
applications and one for packaging Mozilla extensions. Then the second
part can be maintained by the mozext team.
