yeah. i didnt update that part. will check that out before uploading
to debian.

no. In ubuntu tbird/ffox/xul packages can build with and without
system nspr/nss ... hence we added this nspr-config to make it
transparent. I think its best to do the same in icedove-dev, but
since others don't feel as such, enigmail package in debian needs
to add a fixed hack by adding --with-system-nspr/nss to configure
flags.
