[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Iceowl extension for Icedove 3.0

Hi,
I've taken Alexanders 0.9 packages from experimental, removed the iceowl
standalone build and did some minor tweaks so the package at

    http://git.debian.org/?p=users/agx/iceowl.git

now builds an extension that works with the icedove 3.0 packages
currently in experimental. I'll make prebuilt packages available in the
pkg-mozext repo as soon as I have more bandwidth available.
