[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Preparing a new package

Hi all,

I'm currently working on packaging sieve-extension and I'm almost done.
What's the right way to get it into git.debian.org? I'm already a member
of the pkg-mozext team on Alioth. Can I just create the repo for myself
or should I upload my package to mentors.d.n?
