IANADD yet, but here my quick review:

* debian/rules: You could replace the get-orig-source rule by using
xpi-repack in debian/watch. Please let me know, if xpi-repack doesn't
work for you. Then you can drop README.source.

* debian/patches: Please add .patch to the patch file names.

* debian/copyright: The indention for the GPL-3+ should be only one
space.
