Could you check if this file exists:

~/.mozilla/firefox/<profile>/weave/logs/verbose-log.txt
Replace <profile> according to your setup. If you don't use multiple
profiles it should be the directory with ".default" at the end.

If this file exists, does it contain any error messages?
