[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#652338: ubiquity-extension: spurious ${python:Depends} in debian/control

ubiquity-extension has "Depends: ..., ${python:Depends}, ..." in 
debian/control. However, as far as I can tell, this package doesn't have 
anything to do with python. I believe that this substitution variable 
could be removed.
