I don't know how you checked it by now, but usually what you would do is
running "lintian -i httpfox_0.8.6-1_amd64.changes" after building the
package.

debian/copyright is still not in a correct shape for DEP5-r153. It's
header should look like this, as some fields have been renamed:

The issue with the missing whitespace in front of the bullet list items
still remains. Those lines should have two whitespaces at their beginning.

Oh, and running "uscan" reports that upstream has released 0.8.8 by now.
Maybe you could update to the latest version.
