[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] mozilla-devscripts, xpi:depends and iceape

Hi,
in mozilla-noscript, I use ${xpi:Depends} in debian/control, and it's filled to:
iceweasel (>= 3.0) | iceape (>= 2.0) | xulrunner-1.9.1 | xulrunner-1.9.2
by dh_xul-ext

As iceape depends on iceape-browser and iceape-mailnews, I received bug 
#616287 asking to depend on iceape-browser to avoid installing iceape-mailnews 
just to use noscript.

This makes some sense, but I did not find a way to achieve this with 
mozilla-devscripts. Do you have any thought about this issue ? Should I better 
leave iceape, or should I "hardcore" Depends field ?
