[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] extensions that call home on upgrade?

Hi all,

I've noticed in the past that some extensions open web pages in the
browser when they are upgraded or when the browser is upgraded. I don't
like this and I was wondering if anyone else considers this a problem.
Should I file bugs when I encounter this issue?
