[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] https-everywhere vs perspectives

Hi all,

I am getting these warnings on the console when starting iceweasel:

Could not check applicable rules for http://wpad/wpad.dat
no loadgroup notificationCallbacks for http://update.networknotary.org/http_notary_list.txt
no loadgroup notificationCallbacks for http://update.networknotary.org/http_notary_list.txt
no loadgroup notificationCallbacks for http://update.networknotary.org/http_notary_list.sig
no loadgroup notificationCallbacks for http://update.networknotary.org/http_notary_list.sig

I have both https-everywhere and perspectives installed. The text seems
to come from https-everywhere and the URLs (except for wpad) from
perspectives. Which one of these is at fault for these messages? Should
perspectives do something to prevent the warnings from https-everywhere?
Should https-everywhere stop sending warnings somewhere the user will
never ever see them? Should I file two bugs here?
