[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] RM: stumbleupon [all] -- ROM; license issues, low popcon

Please remove stumbleupon from the archive. It has license issues 
[1] which makes latest releases not being compliant to Debian's 
guidelines. We mailed stumbleupon's developers about this issue but we 
never received a single answer from them. Popcon is actually really
low (96) as well.
