Control: retitle -1 Edit filter button in account settings does not work

As the menu entry in Extras works just fine, I think this is not 
release-critical. Bugs with severity important still qualify for freeze 
exceptions, so downgrading it does not prevent fixing this, but I think 
this bug does not have to block the release.
