[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#655609: mozilla-devscripts misinterprets -a parameter

"-a" is a common parameter for debhelper scripts that means "act on arch-dependent packages".
dh_xul-ext misinterprets "-a" as the short form of its --all parameter.
dh passes "-a" to dh_xul-ext when the dh addon is used and only arch-dependent packages
are built.

As a result of this bug xul-ext-lightning depends on icedove instead of thunderbird in Ubuntu:
