I'm not a DD but hope that my opinion can be useful.

Here's a small TODO list:

- d/control

Usually, if this package will be team maintained,  we use as maintainer:
Maintainer: Debian Mozilla Extension Maintainers <pkg-mozext-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>
(and yourself as Uploaders)

Vcs-* fileds: please change it using git.debian.org insted of your personal git repository.
http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianMozExtTeam/CIA_Hooks explain howto create a git repository 
in our team.

- d/copyright

lintian report a pedantic tag:

P: debianbuttons source: unversioned-copyright-format-uri http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5
(you can easily change it, using 
Format: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?op=file&rev=174 as Format url)

I installed your extension and works fine!
