[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#693164: No way to move toggle proxy button to toolbar

Hi,
there doesn't seem to be a way to move the toggle proxy button 
to a toolbar. Since the status bar is not displayed by default
this limits the usability of this otherwise nice extension therefore
filing at severity normal instead of whishlist.

I'd be great if the butteon could be moved to a toolbar (like e.g.
firebugs inspect button).
