[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#704704: incompatible with iceweasel 20.0

mozilla-devscripts (or dh_xul-ext to be more precise) creates the
dependencies based on what the install.rdf file says. Please file a bug
report against mozilla-devscripts if the values of install.rdf and the
dependencies don't correlate. Otherwise install.rdf needs to be
adjusted.
