Hi!

I am trying to put back the noscript package in line with more modern
ways to package XUL extensions.

The current default configuration file currently reads:

    pref("extensions.{73a6fe31-595d-460b-a920-fcc0f8843232}.update.enabled", false);

Looking at the package history, this was introduced in version 1.4.9.5-1
(March 2008):

    * set extensions.%UUID%.update.enabled to false to avoid unnecessary
      http request after iceweasel update.

According to my current knowledge of how Iceweasel handle updates, this
is unnecessary. Could anyone confirm that this can be safely removed?
