[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] iceweasel-linky removal

Hi David, Michael and Fabrizio,

A removal is a new subject for me and I understood that David would
remove the package. It is new for me... :-)   Then, I read about FTP
Master Removals[1] and I need the approval from Michael and Fabrizio.

Machael and Fabrizio, can you tell your opinion about this?
