[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] bidiui icedove extension

Dear Mozilla Extensions team,

I uploaded a new version of the bidiui mail extension for Icedove, and
thought for the future it would better be handled in your team which
specializes in these packages.

Is anyone interested in adopting the package? If not, at least mentoring me
doing some changes to make the package up to date.
