[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] changelog for xul-ext-requestpolicy from 0.5.8 till 1.0.x

Dear Debian Mozilla Extension Maintainers,
Thank you for all the wonderful work the team is doing. We, the users
are always appreciative of the updates and goodies you share with us
(in form of software) although at times we may forget to state them.

Coming to the issue at hand, it seems there is a lack of changelog for
the extension xul-ext-requestpolicy between 0.5.8 till the 1.0.0.x
beta versions which are coming around.

In this regard, I had asked upstream if they are willing to have a
changelog file and they have replied in the positive.

as confirmation from their end.

So if David or anybody else who's from the team can work with upstream
we could soon have 1.0.0-8 + an upstream changelog which has the diff.
of the different releases in-between then and now.
