Bonjour David,

Merci pour votre réponse, et désolé de me voir obligé de vous répondre
en français vu l'impossibilité de m'expliquer en anglais (utilisant
Google translate, une traduction aproximative en langue anglaise est
jointe).
Je ne sais pas quelles informations je peux vous fournir car je ne suis
expert ni en Debian, ni en Linux et non plus en informatique; c'est pas
du tout mon domaine. Malgré tout, je suis un heureux utilisateur final
de Debian.
 Hormis ce que je viens de dire, je serais heureux si je pouvais aider à
résoudre le bug si s'en est réellement un. 
Je disais donc ce qui suit:

* depuis quelques temps (au moin deux semaines), sans toucher a (aux) la
configuration (s) de mon (mes) Debian (s), de mon router ou de mon
réseau wifi, à chaque fois que j'ajoute une liste de filtres sur
'adblock-plus', ou quand j'essaye de mettre à jour une déjà ajouté, un
message d'erreur est affiché (Erreur: erreur de téléchargement);
* la seule liste qui se met à jour est celle utilisant le protocole http
'Filtros nauscópicos'
http://abp.mozilla-hispano.org/nauscopio/filtros.txt
Les autres (easylist, easy privacy, list FR, fanboys...), dont le
protocole est https, ne sont pas mises à jour;
*j'ai téléchargé les listes directement depuis
https://adblockplus.org/es/subscriptions
mais le même message d'erreur est affiché;

*j'ai deux ordinateurs portables:

-sur le premier laptop j'ai windows 7 et Debian Jessie/Kde (donc pas de
dépendances d'avec Xul-ext-adblock-plus): sur Windows 7 j'ai les mêmes
listes de filtres de adblock-plus dans Firefox, installées depuis
'mozilla addons', et tout va bien (les mises à jour se font correctement
autant pour les listes de filtres qui utilisent http comme pour celles
qui utilisent https); sur Debian Jessie/Kde l'erreur (Erreur: erreur de
téléchargement) est affichée autant quand 'adblock-plus' est installé
depuis les dépôts de Debian comme depuis 'mozilla addons'.

-sur le deuxième laptop j'ai Debian Sid/Gnome et Debian Wheezy/Kde
(chaque version avec ses propres partitions): le message d'erreur
(Erruer: erreur de téléchargement) est évidemment affiché sous les deux
Debian (Sid et Jessie - installations depuis les dépôt ou 'addons
mozilla').

*** En bref: 
- le message (Erreur: erreur de téléchargement) s'affiche sous Debian
Wheezy, Jessie et Sid pour les listes qui utilisent https et pas pour
celles qui utilisent http; 
- sous Windows pas d'erreur.

**** Ce qui est encore plus curieux c'est que je partage le même réseau
wifi (crypté) avec deux amis depuis plusieurs mois mais eux ils n'ont
pas le problème que je viens d'expliquer. L'un d'eux utilise Windows et
son 'adblock' va parfaitement; l'autre utilise Windows et Ubuntu et son
'adblock' roule à merveille autant sous Windows comme sous Ubuntu. J'ai
réinitialisé mon router plusieur fois mais mon  problème persiste sous
debian (pas sous windows).
***** Quand je me connecte au réseaux (crypté) de mon voisin le problème
que j'ai avec 'adblock-plus' sous Debian disparaît; je mets à jour les
listes de filtres (http et https) et il n'y a pas d'erreur du tout.

Je me demande alors: y a t'il un problème au niveau de la configuration
de mon réseau/router ? Si c'est le cas, pourquoi 'adblokc-plus' est
affecté sous debian mais pas sous Ubuntu et Windows?

Je ne comprends vraiment rien...

David, si je peux fournir d'autres informations, vous n'avez qu'à me
dire quoi au juste. Car, comme j'ai signalé auparavant, l'informatique
n'est pa svraiment mon point fort :)
Mais si ce que je considère un bug dans 'adblock-plus'/Debian ne l'est
pas réellement n'hésitez pas à fermer ce rapport de bogue.

several times but my problem persists in debian (not under windows) .

problem I have with ' adblock -plus' under Debian disappears, I update
