Thanks a lot, it’s definitely worth shipping. Before doing so in
xul-ext-noscript, did you already got in touch with iceweasel
maintainers (since they may consider adding such file directly for every
user benefit)?

If someone else picks it, please do s/javascript/JavaScript/ in the
proposed file.
