[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Updating all of group's Git post-receive hooks

Hi,

Today I updated tree-style-tab and noticed that it still uses 
(obsolete and not working) CIA post-receive hooks. Since pkg-mozext 
already has s KGB configuration, I took the liberty to symlink all of 
/git/pkg-mozext/*/hooks/post-receive to 
/home/groups/pkg-mozext/post-receive, which calls 
/usr/local/bin/git-commit-notice (as before) and 
/home/groups/pkg-mozext/kgb-hook.

If you notice something broken, please complain.

Next step is to replace the wiki notices of CIA.
